Maternity leave or unemployment

They call it maternity leave but it should be called unemployment.

They say there's paid and unpaid leave but really there both unpaid. then your obligated to return to work 12 or 6 weeks after baby is born. But what type of law is this. With the paid leave your using your vacation and your sick days to get paid while on time off.
Well here's the thing pregnancy is planned but not planned at the same time. Lets say you have two weeks of vacation and that's in the beginning of the year so you plan vacation time like any other person would do right. Then later on in the year oh no you get sick and you have to use some sick days. So now lets say you have one week of vacation still and 19 weeks of sick days you don't think any thing of it life goes on you feel drained from work want to take another vacation why not. A couple of months later you find out you are a gonna be a mom how exciting. Now mind you are not thinking​ to your self about your vacations you used or sick days. There is know reason for you to be thinking of that you are over joyed with your news.
Months go by your getting bigger and your working through it. Your starting to get tired of your constant labor work you start to talk to your doctor about it. your doctor tells you well we can't write you an early maternity leave letter because your not having any complications maybe ask them to get you a chair and see if you can do less work. Mind you your about 7 or 8 months pregnant and already moved down to part time. So the doctor suggests and not even suggests they tell you to work up to your due date basically. Um I think not. So you make the decision to take leave any way at 7 months. So you can have some time to relax before baby comes because that's the right thing to do so you don't over work your self and be to tried for baby when the time come.
Now your employer comes to you saying hey we have to take about your leave how many vacation days do you have left. you say I have none but I have about 19 sick days they say ok well that is what they will use for your paid maternity leave so now you think to your self that should be fine because your think that will be apart of your paid leave thinking maternity leave is a separate payment option within its self but in reality no that is how much you get tell you get back from leave.
So now your on leave and you get your last check tell you get back working and your check is not even big enough to afford anything for yourself let alone a family so there telling women yes you can earn paid leave if you have been working for a company over a year, but you have to work up until your due date so you have money and while your on leave you only get 6 week to 12 week leave right after you have your sweet new born baby that's not even enough time to bond.You just got to pick up and go back to work. So the maternity leave law paid is actually unpaid with the last check you get if your working part time and on minimum wages.The law is not staying we are obligated to make sure a pregnant women is to get paid on leave but to be able to keep her position at work. That is all maternity leave is a signed document saying when you come back from having your child you still have a job but in reality with paid your basically unemployed because your getting paid little to nothing because no women knows when they are going to bare a child let alone not use any sick or vacation days.and that is what they use to pay a women who is pregnant with child that worked all through pregnancy.The law should not be called maternity leave paid or unpaid it should be call ill hold your position.

Today is a day where we are going to get straight into it. When is a good age to have the birds and bees talk?
